PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE.

The notice was created pursuant to and in accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR�?, concerning protection of individuals in personal data processing.

This website (hereafter “Website�? and all services provided here (hereafter “Services�? are not intended for children under 16 years old and HUACI Porcelain CO Ltd, as Data Controller (hereafter “Company”or “Data Controller�?, does not intentionally collect personal information referring to minors. If information about minors is involuntarily registered, the Data Controller will, upon user request, erase them at the earliest opportunity.

Legal basis for and purpose of processing

Your personal data are processed:

1. A) without your express consent, for the following purposes of service/function of the Website:

• to manage and maintain the Website;
• to allow you to use Services requested by you;
• to process a contact/sign up request;
• to properly fulfil obligations required by the law, by a regulation, by community standards or by order of the Authority;
• to prevent or expose fraud or abuse that is damaging to the Website;
• to exercise the Data Controller rights;

your consent is not requested for these purposes because your data must be processed in order to provide the requested Services or to fulfil a legal obligation;

Period of data storage

Your personal data will be processed for the length of time considered strictly necessary for such purposes. Once this period is terminated, the data will be erased or made anonymous. Provision of your data for the purposes referred to in point A) is necessary for Website registration and to use the services offered. Provision of your data for the purposes referred to in point B) is optional. In this case you will not be able to receive the communications detailed therein.

Scope of data communication and recipient categories

Your data may be communicated to staff and partners of the Data Controller, in their role of authorised data processors, and also to third-party companies or other subjects (website providers, cloud providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, hardware and software assistance technicians, freight forwarders and carriers, credit institutions, professional agencies, etc) who provide outsourcing for the Data Controller as data processing managers; your data will not in any case be disseminated.

Data transfer to a third country and/or international organisation

Your personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right (see Art. 15-22 of GDPR) to ask our Company for access to your personal data and to rectify them if incorrect, erase them or restrict processing if conditions require it, and also to obtain portability of data supplied by you only if subject to automated processing based on your consent or contract. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in relation to the purposes for which it is necessary, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing up to the time of withdrawal. You also have the right to submit a claim to the Chinese Data Protection Authority.
